Mr. Li Xiaosheng, a senior political analyst, is Employee Representative Supervisor and Vice Chairman of Trade Union of CREC as well as Vice Chairman of Trade Union of CRECG. He started to work in 1995. From April 2009, he began to serve as Outside Director and Vice Chairman of China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Mechanized Engineering Co., Ltd. From December 2010, he began to serve as Chief Commander of the China-Laos Railway Project Headquarters under China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From August 2011 to October 2013, he served as Director and Vice Chairman of China Railway International Group Co., Ltd. From October 2013 to April 2015, he served as Vice Chief Economist and Director of the International Business Department of CREC. From April 2015 to March 2021, he served as Vice Chairman of Trade Union of CREG and CRECG. He has been Employee Representative Supervisor and Vice Chairman of Trade Union of CREC as well as Vice Chairman of Trade Union of CRECG since March 2021. Mr. Li graduated from the department of resource survey and urban construction at Xiangtan Mining Institute with a bachelor’s degree in hydrological geology and engineering geology, and late obtained a master’s degree in architectural and civil engineering from Shijiazhuang Tiedao University.
