Mr. He Wen, a senior accountant, is Secretary to the Board of Directors and Director of Evaluation and Distribution Department of CREC. He started to work in 1985. From April 2007 to November 2013, he served as Director and Chief Accountant of China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From November 2013 to March 2014, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of China Railway Trust Co., Ltd. From March 2014 to June 2017, he served as Deputy Chief Accountant and Director of Finance Department of CREC. From June 2017 to June 2018, he served as Director of Finance Department of CREC. Since June 2018, he has been Secretary to the Board of Directors, Secretary of Joint Meeting, and Director of Evaluation and Distribution Department of CREC. Mr. He studied financial accounting at Nanjing Railway Transport College, and later obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Qinghai University, and an MBA degree from Southwest Jiaotong University.
