Ma Jiangqian, senior economist (highest-level professional title), vice president and chief economist of CREC. Mr. Ma began his career in 1987. He served as a member of the Board of Directors at China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. from November 2010 to August 2011, as chairman of China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. from August 2011 to January 2013, as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at China Railway Sixth Group Co., Ltd. from January 2013 to June 2014, as CEO and vice chairman of China Railway Sixth Group Co., Ltd. from June 2014 to June 2018, and as chief economist of CREC from June 2018 to April 2021. He has been vice president and chief economist of CREC since April 2021. Mr. Ma graduated from the Department of Business Administration of Guizhou University of Technology, and later obtained an MBA degree for senior executives from Tsinghua University.
