KONG Dun, Senior Engineer (highest-level professional title), vice president and chief engineer of CREC. Mr. Kong began his career in 1987. He served as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of CREC Shanghai Civil Engineering Co., Ltd. from November 2010 to June 2018, and as chief engineer of CREC from June 2018 to April 2021. He has been vice president and chief engineer of CREC since April 2021. Mr. Kong majored in railway engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and later obtained a master’s degree in architecture and civil engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University.
