Mr. Geng Shubiao, a senior engineer, is currently the assistant to the president of CREC, the director of the Planning and Development Department (Enterprise Management Laboratory), the general manager of China Railway High-quality Development Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., and the president of China Railway "Three Transformations" Research Institute. Mr. Geng began to work in 1998 and served as the general manager, and vice-chairman of the board of directors of the Third Construction Co., Ltd. of China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group from May 2011 to June 2014, and the assistant general manager of China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd. from June 2014 to August 2015. From August 2015 to December 2019, he served as the deputy general manager of China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From December 2019 to January 2020, he served as the deputy general manager of China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd., the executive deputy leader of the preparatory team of China Railway Specialized Water Environmental Protection Company (later China Tiegong Investment & Construction Group Co., Ltd.), and from January 2020 to May 2021, he served as the general manager and director of China Tiegong Investment & Construction Group Co., Ltd. Since May 2021, he has served as the director (director) of the Planning and Development Department (Enterprise Management Laboratory) of the Company, the general manager of China Railway High-quality Development Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., the president of China Railway "Three Transformations" Research Institute, and the assistant to the president of the Company since June 2022. Mr. Geng graduated from Anhui Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture with a major in engineering management, and later obtained a postgraduate degree in economic management.
