Mr. Sun Cui, a senior accountant, is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CREC. He started to work in 1988. From March to August 2011, he served as member of the preparatory group of the Power Construction Corporation of China (Power China), and Chief Accountant of Sinohydro Group Ltd. From August to December 2011, he served as Chief Accountant of Power China and Sinohydro Group Ltd. From December 2011 to February 2014, he served as Chief Accountant of Power China. From February 2014 to January 2020, he served as Chief Accountant of Power China Co., Ltd. Mr. Sun joined CREC in 2020. He has been CFO of CREC since March 2020. Mr. Sun studied accounting at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Later, he obtained a master’s degree in accounting from a program for senior accountants jointly launched by Shanghai National Accounting Institute and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
