The Padma Bridge, considered the dream bridge of the Bengalese, is built by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., LTD. (MBEC). The steel girder segments panel of Padma Bridge are manufactured in China and assembled in Padma Bridge construction site.

On the measuring pedestal at workshop, we saw a handsome Bengal guy who was carefully measuring every coordinate on the steel girder joint. His name is Tawfiq Ahmed Ratul, 25 years old. After graduating from university, he went to work at the Padma Bridge Project Department of MBEC. Today's Tawfiq Ahmed Ratul has been integrated into the construction of the dream bridge.

There are many university graduates like Tawfiq Ahmed Ratul at the Padma Bridge construction site, and they all pride themselves on being able to participate in this great project. The construction of the Padma Bridge will not only realize the dream of the Bangladesh people that "A bridge will fly to span the north and south, turning a deep chasm into a thoroughfare", but also help these students realize their dream of life planning. It is believed that in the near future, more and more graduates like Tawfiq Ahmed Ratul, can grow up to be local bridge engineers and become the backbone of Bangladeshi development and national building.
