On May 31, the P + R parking lot of Century Mansion Station, the largest steel structure three-dimensional parking building in Liaoning Province, which was constructed by Shenyang Dynamic and Static Traffic PPP Project Department of Shanghai Civil Engineering Co,.Ltd. Of CREC, passed the completion acceptance at one time and entered the trial operation stage.

The parking building is adjacent to the Century Building Station of Metro Line 2, closed to some companies, enterprise office buildings, and residential parks, with a dense flow of people and a shortage of parking spaces. The parking building covers an area of 8047.8 square meters and a building area of 36937 square meters. It is designed as a six-story, three-dimensional, self-propelled parking building, providing 996 social parking spaces. The main structure is a steel frame, and the design steel consumption is about 4767 tons.

The parking building is one of the first composite three-dimensional parking building projects in Northeast China and the first integrated transfer hub project in Northeast China to use the upper space of the tram parking lot. It significantly alleviates the contradiction of regional parking, better meets the convenient travel needs of citizens, and improves the overall service quality of public transport.
