Anthem of CREC—“Trailbreaker”
On May 19, the eastern section of the Red Line project of Tel Aviv Light Rail System in Israel, designed by China Railway Liuyuan Group Co., Ltd. and jointly constructed by China Railway Tunnel Group and China Railway Electrification Bureau Group, successfully achieved one-time power supply to the contact network, marking that the eastern section construction entered the phase of joint commissioning and testing.
The largest government-approved infrastructure construction project since the founding of the State of Israel, construction of the 24-km metro line features high standards, a tight schedule and various difficulties. Covering the busiest urban area of Tel Aviv and designed for a maximum speed of 80 km/h, it is a key project of the Israeli government to solve the congestion problem of Tel Aviv.
